Players get around six months after a big win to come forward and claim their cash
There are currently three UK millionaires walking among us as six life-changing National Lottery prizes sit waiting to be claimed by the rightful winners.
After a big National Lottery win – whether that is from a Lotto, EuroMillions or Set For Life draw – the winning player has around six months to come forward and claim their cash. Big prizes get published on the National Lottery website with details of where the ticket was purchased, the winning numbers and the deadline for claiming.
The first outstanding £1M prize has just two weeks left before the deadline falls. It was a Lotto draw on November 1, 2025, when a player matched five numbers and the bonus ball. The winning ticket was purchased in South Gloucestershire and the player has until April 30, 2026, to come forward and claim their cash.

Another £1M is waiting to be claimed by a EuroMillions player who secured the Millionaire Maker prize on November 4, 2025. This ticket was purchased in Bournemouth, and the player has until May 3, 2026, to make a claim.
The third £1M prize was from a EuroMillions draw on March 13, with a ticket purchased in Hartlepool. This player also secured the Millionaire Maker prize and has until September 9, 2026, to claim their cash.
On top of the three £1M prizes, there are three other huge sums waiting to be claimed. One £500,000 prize was won in a Thunderball draw on March 27, with a ticket bought in Wolverhampton. This lucky player has until September 23 to come forward and claim their half-a-million-pound prize.
Two more prizes – one worth £112K and the other £177k – are also in the National Lottery’s list of outstanding prizes, and you can find more information on the website.
If the prize remains unclaimed by the time the deadline rolls around, the money gets ingested into the National Lottery’s community fund which helps projects across the UK. If you think any of these outstanding prizes could belong to you, get in touch with the National Lottery to secure your cash.
An opportunity to win cash takes place multiple times a week with the National Lottery. There is a EuroMillions draw every Tuesday and Friday, a Lotto draw on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a Set For Life draw every Monday and Thursday.
