Two Mississippi lottery players win $100,000 prizes, one ticket remains unclaimed

POPLARVILLE, Miss. (WLOX) — Two Mississippi lottery players each won a $100,000 prize, but one ticket remains unclaimed.
On Wednesday, June 24, a lottery player in Poplarville claimed his prize, which was won on a $5 Money Bags scratch-off game.
The ticket was bought at Keith’s Superstore #196.
The winner described himself as an occasional lottery player and said he had $20 to spare after filling up his gas tank.
The other six-figure win came from the June 20 Powerball drawing. That ticket was purchased at Fast Stop 7 in Laurel.
The winner matched four out of five white balls plus the Powerball to win $50,000. Due to the $1 Power Play add-on, that prize doubled to $100,000.
The Powerball ticket remains unclaimed.
