Lotto Powerball not struck, rolls over to $40m

Lotto’s massive $35 million Powerball prize was not won last night, and will roll over to $40 million for Saturday’s draw.

The winning numbers last night were 3, 18, 25, 26, 30 and 34. The Bonus Ball was 37 and the Powerball 10.

While the $35m grand prize went unclaimed, three players won $333,000 each with first division. A single Strike 4 winner scooped $400,000.

Sixteen Lotto players won $27,740 each with Lotto second division, and two of those players also won Powerball second division, taking their total winnings to $43,792.

Anyone who bought a ticket was urged to check as soon as possible in-store, on MyLotto, or through the MyLotto App.

Ahead of the eye-watering $40 million jackpot, Lotto NZ encouraged players to get in early by picking up a ticket before draw day or early on Saturday, to avoid the busiest times both in-store and online.
