Irish Lotto players are being urged to check their tickets from Saturday night’s draw after one lucky punter won a life-changing seven-figure prize.
Lotto chiefs confirmed one punter scooped a jaw-dropping sum after they matched all six numbers and the bonus in Saturday’s Lotto Plus 1 draw to bag the €1 million jackpot up for grabs.
The winning numbers to look out for in Saturday’s Lotto Plus 1 draw are: 02, 16, 23, 24, 35, 46 and the Bonus is 40.
The National Lottery has yet to confirm where into country the winning ticket was sold, with players being urged to check their tickets from last night’s draw to see if they have bagged the huge sum.
The lucky Lotto winner should sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize at Lottery Headquarters.
In total, over 81,000 players won prizes in Saturday’s Lotto and Lotto Plus draws.
In the main Lotto draw, the numbers called were: 26, 30, 31, 37, 45, 47 and the Bonus was 07.
While the jackpot, which was worth a staggering €7.4 million, up for grabs in this draw went unclaimed, 14 players did match five correct numbers to bag €2,157 each.
Meanwhile, in the Lotto Plus 2 draw, the numbers to look out for are: 11, 21, 22, 23, 37, 46 and the bonus is 31.
There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 2 top prize, worth €250,000, although 12 players did bg €250 each after correctly matching five numbers.
There were 78 winners of the Raffle Prize, with each player receiving €500. The winning raffle Number was 6362.
