A man from Idaho just won a $50,000 lottery prize, bringing his total number of career wins to 18.

“Does lightning strike 18 times? For Idaho Lottery player Robert Bevan…it just might,” the Idaho Lottery shared in an Instagram post, sharing photos and highlights from his wins over the years, which they uncovered while looking through their records.

“Back in 1997, Robert was also one of the winners of our iconic ‘Blazer Bucks’ promotion where the Idaho Lottery gave away SEVEN 1997 Chevy 4-Door Blazers across Idaho,” they wrote.

In addition to the car, his prizes have ranged from $1,000-$200,000.

As for his most recent $50,000 win, that came from a $1,000,000 King Scratch Game.

According to Bevan, over the years, playing the lottery with his wife has “become part of life” and something the couple does together just for fun.

And when he was asked about his good fortune, Bevan simply told lottery officials, “My real luck is 40 years with the same amazing woman.”
