A lucky ticket-holder has won £2 million in the midweek Lotto draw, just days after another player claimed nearly £11 million.
This latest win brings the total Lotto millionaires in 2026 to 62; Saturday’s estimated jackpot stands at £3.8 million.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, the National Lottery operator, said: “What an incredible night for players as tonight’s draw has created yet another new winner on the nation’s millionaire maker, Lotto, as one lucky ticket-holder has scooped tonight’s amazing £2 million Lotto jackpot prize.”
“This is the second jackpot win in just a few days after a lucky Lotto player scooped the £10.7 million jackpot in Saturday’s draw.”
Mr Carter urged players: “Check your tickets and get in touch if you think you might be tonight’s lucky winner.”
Wednesday’s winning Lotto numbers were 33, 36, 38, 46, 47, 50 and the bonus number was 35.

No players won £1 million for matching five of the six numbers and the bonus, but 36 got £1,750 each for matching five of six.
In Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, no-one scooped the £350,000 top prize by matching five numbers, but three people won £13,000 for matching four.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 04, 12, 20, 26, 36 and the Thunderball was 13.
No-one scooped £500,000 for matching five numbers plus the Thunderball, but three players matched five numbers to secure £5,000.
The news comes as a grandmother and her two children have scooped a £1 million lottery win, playing numbers originally chosen years ago by her late husband.
Rose Tresadern, an 80-year-old retired office manager from near Southend in Essex, shared the jackpot with her son Barry, 52, and daughter Julie, 57.
The family syndicate continued to play the Lotto numbers – one, four, 12, 15, 39, and bonus ball 48 – which belonged to Mrs Tresadern’s husband, Derek.
Mr Tresadern, a former business analyst, passed away last year at the age of 83 after a brief illness, shortly after celebrating his diamond wedding anniversary with Rose.
Their dedication paid off in the draw on 18 April, when their chosen combination matched five main numbers out of six and the bonus ball. Mrs Tresadern said it felt like Derek Tresadern was “still looking out for us”.
