Kerala Lottery Results Today (May 27, 2026) Live At 3PM For Dhanalekshmi DL 54 Draw: Full Winners List

The Kerala state has declared the bumper lottery result of Dhanalekshmi DL 54 on May 27, 2026. The lucky draw went live at 3pm from Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram. This bumper lottery is part of Kerala’s welfare program and is announced every Wednesday. The lottery ticket costs Rs 50 but offers the citizens of Kerala the chance to earn a maximum of Rs 1 crore for the first prize. In total, ten exciting prizes, including a consolation prize of Rs 5,000 is offered under the Dhanalekshmi lottery.

However, just like every other lottery by state, the prize incomes are taxable. The Kerala state deducts up to 30% tax on lottery prizes above Rs 10,000. Not just that, there is a 10-12% agent’s commission deducted as well. Lastly, a cess of 4% is applied, too.

Under section 194B of the Income Tax Act, income from sources like crossword puzzles, card games, lotteries, quiz shows, and online gaming is taxable. But the tax rate is imposed on winning amounts exceeding Rs 10,000.

Dhanalekshmi offers Rs 1 crore as the first prize, Rs 30 lakh as the second prize and Rs 5 lakh as the third prize. These three prizes are taxable along with cess and agents’ commissions. But rest of the prizes under Dhanalekshmi are below Rs 10,000 and hence they are tax free.

These prizes are a — consolation prize of Rs 5,000, a fourth prize of Rs 5,000, a fifth prize of Rs 2,000, a sixth prize of Rs 1,000, a seventh prize of Rs 500, an eighth prize of Rs 200 and a ninth prize of Rs 100. These amounts can be claimed by any designated lottery shops in Kerala.

You will have to submit required documents along with the winning ticket for top three prizes at Kerala lottery department or a designated bank to claim the amount.
