Check your old lottery tickets: A Michigan Lottery player could be sitting on a $197,766 Fantasy 5 prize that must be claimed within the next month.

To schedule an appointment to collect the grand prize, the winner needs to call the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325. The Michigan Lottery states that the prize must be picked up at its main office in Lansing.

Fantasy 5 tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. However, due to Sept. 26 being a Saturday, the prize must be collected a day earlier.

A Fantasy 5 play costs $1, picking five numbers from 1 to 39. Players can add EZmatch for another dollar per play for a chance to win up to $500 instantly. They can also add Double Play for $1 more, giving them another chance to win up to $110,000 in the nightly drawing.

Matching all five numbers in the regular drawing wins a jackpot, which starts at $100,000. Players can also win in the Double Play drawing, or in both drawings.
