3 big lottery winners from Arizona – KTAR.com

Three Arizona Lottery players won big over the weekend as triple-digit temperatures settled in across the state.

The largest prize was a $503,000 Fantasy 5 jackpot from Friday’s drawing. The winning ticket was sold at a Safeway near Queen Creek and Power roads in Queen Creek.

Friday’s winning Fantasy 5 numbers were 13, 25, 28, 30 and 37. The next Fantasy 5 drawing is Monday night, with an estimated jackpot of $50,000.

Fantasy 5 is a daily $1 game sold at more than 3,000 Arizona Lottery retailers statewide. The odds of winning the jackpot are about 1 in 750,000.

Two other lottery players won around $50,000 over the weekend

Another player won $50,000 in Saturday’s Powerball drawing. That ticket was sold at a Walmart near Encanto Boulevard and 79th Avenue in Phoenix.

Saturday’s winning Powerball numbers were 16, 32, 55, 59, 64 and Powerball 3.

Powerball tickets cost $2 and are sold at more than 3,000 locations statewide. The next drawing is Monday night, with an estimated jackpot of $225 million.

The third winning ticket was also for Fantasy 5. A ticket sold at a Safeway in Kingman matched Sunday’s winning numbers: 7, 30, 33, 37 and 38. That means the winner can take home $51,000.

Each winner has 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize.
