The affordable housing lottery has launched for 169-13 90th Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio and developed by Om Shakti Temple, the structure yields 25 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $91,029 to $227,500.

Amenities include air conditioning, an accessible entrance, elevator, and security cameras. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $2,443 for incomes ranging from $91,029 to $168,480; six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,482 for incomes ranging from $94,698 to $189,540; and eight two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,747 for incomes ranging from $101,486 to $227,500.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 19, 2026.
