Winning $50K CT Lottery Ticket Sold At Danbury Convenience Store

DANBURY, CT — A winning Connecticut Lottery ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold at a convenience store in Danbury, according to lottery officials.

The winning “$50,000 Cashword 2nd Edition” ticket was sold at Jimmies Market in Danbury, the Connecticut Lottery said.

Lottery records show the winning ticket was claimed May 14 and carried a prize of $50,000.

The Connecticut Lottery did not release additional information about the winner.
