BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — Waitlists have opened for two affordable housing lotteries offering apartments for sale for under $7K in New York City.
The buildings are located in the Bronx and are part of the Mitchell-Lama program that provides affordable rental and cooperative housing to moderate and middle-income families.

- 1-bedroom units are available for $5,976 to $6,359.
- A household of one to three people with an annual income up to $145,800 qualifies. There is a monthly maintenance charge of $1,121.92 to $1,132.92.
- 2-bedroom units are available for $6,666 to $7,049.
- A household of one to four people with an annual income up to $162,000 qualifies. There is a monthly maintenance charge of $1,435.17 to $1,444.17.
- 1-bedroom units are available for $5,976 to $6,359.
