Missing millionaire appeal ramps up as unclaimed £1mil deadline closes in

Someone who bought a EuroMillions ticket in BCP has just days left to claim a £1 million prize before the winnings expire.
According to The National Lottery, the unclaimed ticket was bought for the November 4, 2025, draw and the deadline to claim is May 3, 2026.
Every EuroMillions line played in the UK includes a unique Millionaire Maker code printed on the ticket.
The winning Millionaire Maker code for this draw was: HPCF58869.
Jamie Heavens, a Bournemouth resident and National Lottery winner, is helping to spread the word in the final days of the search.

Mr Heavens said: “Winning one million pounds was such an incredible life-changing moment for me, and my young family.
“My wife Danielle and I were able to enjoy being new parents before planning an incredible wedding and buying the house we’ve now turned into our perfect family home.
“It’s crazy to think someone in Bournemouth could experience the same moments, if only they’d claim their prize.
“I can guarantee you, winning £1M on The National Lottery really does happen, so there’s no reason it couldn’t be you.”

Once a player purchases their ticket, they have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their winnings.
For this unclaimed prize, the winner must contact Allwyn before midnight on May 3, 2026 and claims must then be completed in person.
The National Lottery emphasised the November 4, 2025, winner could be from Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole, or may have been visiting the area at the time.

If unclaimed after the deadline, the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
Andy Carter, senior winners advisor at Allwyn, the operator of the National Lottery, said: “It’s been nearly six months since the EuroMillions draw took place and we are desperate to reunite the rightful winner with their prize.
“While there is still time, there’s still hope.
“Think back to last winter, did you play the EuroMillions draw on Tuesday 4 November?
“Did you tuck a lucky pink ticket somewhere safe and forget about it?
“Our missing millionaire could be a local resident like Jamie or someone who was visiting the area at the time.
“Think back to that date and what you might have been doing at the time.
“Tell your friends and family, ask your colleagues and neighbours – help us unite the lucky winner with their prize.”
Winners can contact the National Lottery on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
