What Is The Application Deadline?

The housing body had postponed the deadline to May 14, 2026, midnight. The deadline to pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) had also been extended to May 15, 2026, while the final draw was scheduled for June 5, 2026. However, on May 13, 2026, MHADA announced another extension of two weeks, that is, until May 28, 2026. As per multiple media reports, MHADA has received 82,000 applications as of now. Previous data shared stated that nearly 69,642 applications were received, out of which only 47,000 applicants had paid the EMD.
