Last night’s winning Powerball ticket bought at Eastern Carolina store

RALEIGH, N.C. (WITN) – A lucky person has won a great jackpot prize, but hasn’t collected it yet.

The North Carolina Education Lottery says last night’s $209.3 million Powerball ticket was bought in Roanoke Rapids.

According to the lottery, the winning ticket was sold from the West 10th Mart and has the numbers 11–26−27−53−55 and the Powerball was 12.

The winner has 180 days to claim their prize.

“First we want to say a big congratulations to the lucky winner on this life-changing moment,” said Mark Michalko, chief executive officer of the lottery. “We are thrilled that the win occurred in North Carolina. Our advice to the winner is to sign the ticket to establish your ownership of it and secure it in a safe place. We can’t wait to meet the big winner so we can celebrate this momentous occasion with them.”
