Christmas New Year Bumper announced

Lottery fans can also look forward to the Xmas-New Year Bumper BR-107 Kerala Lottery on Saturday, January 24, 2026, which offers a first prize of ₹20 crore, a second prize of ₹1 crore, and a third prize of ₹10 lakh. Tickets, priced at ₹400, are available through authorised dealers, and results will be announced on the official Kerala State Lotteries website.

Documents required to claim prizes

• Original winning ticket, signed on both sides.
• Passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Self-attested PAN card copy (for income tax purposes).
• Valid ID and address proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card, or PAN.
• Completed prize claim form with a revenue stamp (available online).

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw.

Prize claim process by amount

• Up to ₹5,000 – Claim through authorised lottery agents
• Up to ₹1 lakh (within Kerala) – District Lottery Office
• Up to ₹1 lakh (outside Kerala) – Directorate of State Lotteries
• Above ₹1 lakh – Submit to Director/Deputy Director depending on prize value.

Tax deductions and regulations

Lottery winnings above ₹10,000 are subject to a 30 per cent income tax deduction.

A commission of 10 per cent of the winning amount is allocated to the lottery agent.

Lottery agents earn commissions based on prize categories. Winners must provide the original ticket and valid ID to claim their prize.
