Available on NYC Housing Connect are 20 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,669 to $140,000.

Amenities include an indoor rock climbing wall, lounge area, a media and VR room, a game room, a business center, spa and pool, and a rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $2,063 for incomes ranging from $75,669 to $103,680, and 15 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,616 for incomes ranging from $97,235 to $140,000.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 29, 2026.
