Check your tickets: $1 million Austin Powerball prize expires Saturday

In a news release, the Texas Lottery said the winning Powerball ticket from the drawing held on Feb. 2 remains unclaimed.
The ticket matched all five white ball numbers: 3, 8, 31, 60 and 65, but not the red Powerball number, 4. It was purchased at a Circle K at 6107 W. Parmer Lane in Austin.
The ticket will expire Saturday if it is not validated by the deadline. If the prize remains unclaimed, the funds will be returned to the state for programs authorized by the Texas Legislature.
The ticket holder can claim the prize either in person or by mail. An in-person claim must be made at a Texas Lottery claim center by 5 p.m. Friday. Alternatively, the ticket holder may mail the ticket and a claim form, which must be postmarked by Saturday.
