Bought a lottery ticket at this H-E-B? You could be sitting on a $200K jackpot

A $200,000 Texas Lottery jackpot is still up for grabs with the winning ticket set to expire next month, a Wednesday news release from the Texas Lottery Commission reveals.

According to the release, the winning Texas Two Step ticket was purchased at the H-E-B Food Store 079 Convenience at 909 10th St. in Floresville for the March 9 drawing.

The ticket matched all four white balls — 1, 2, 21 and 23 — and the red Bonus Ball, 19, to win the $200,000 jackpot. The winner has until Saturday, Sept. 5, to claim the prize.

The winner can claim the prize in person or by mail. According to the release, in-person claims must be submitted to a Texas Lottery claim center by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4.

Mailed claims must include the winning ticket and a completed claim form and be postmarked by Saturday, Sept. 5, the ticket’s expiration date. The Texas Lottery Commission said mailed claims may take up to four weeks to process and should be sent to the agency’s Austin Claim Center.

The odds of winning the Texas Two Step jackpot are about 1 in 1.8 million, the release notes. So if you stopped by the H-E-B in Floresville for groceries back in early March, it might be worth taking one last look through your wallet, glove box or kitchen junk drawer before that winning ticket expires.
