Lotto Jackpot News

A South Florida Publix and a gas station sold Wednesday lottery winners

Half of Wednesday’s four drawings among Florida Lotto, Fantasy 5 and Powerball produced jackpot winners, both from the Miami metropolitan area.

Neither of those hit all the Powerball numbers. Doing that on Saturday would be worth $457 million.

The Fantasy 5 midday draw numbers — 3, 5, 8, 15, 21 — were filled in by a player at the Publix at 1700 Sheridan St. in Hollywood. That lucky quintet was worth $56,656.

In the evening draw, the most fortunate ticket was a Quick Pick with 7, 25, 33, 35 and 36. The person who bought the ticket at a Belle Glade Mobil, 9 NW Ave. L, is $113,101 financially better than they were earlier.

These tickets must be cashed at one of the nine Florida Lottery district offices. The Miami district office, 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes, can be reached at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Contact the office in Palm Springs, 4360 Forest Hill Blvd., by calling 561-640-6190 or emailing WPBRC@flalottery.com. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required. Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
