MHADA Pune Lottery 2026 Offers Homes From ₹11.55 Lakh to ₹65.50 Lakh

Pune, August 29, 2026: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board has launched a computerised lottery for 4,462 affordable homes across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Property prices range from around ₹11.55 lakh to ₹65.50 lakh, offering options for buyers across income groups.

Costliest MHADA Flat in Tathawade

The most expensive homes in the lottery are located in Tathawade, within Pimpri-Chinchwad. MHADA has offered 633 two-bedroom apartments with carpet areas of around 746 to 763 sq ft.

These flats are priced between ₹64.50 lakh and ₹65.50 lakh, with an EMD of ₹75,000. Another 636 sq ft apartment in the same building is priced at around ₹46 lakh.

Affordable Homes Starting at ₹11.55 Lakh

At the lower end, MHADA has offered 111 one-bedroom apartments at Life Republic Township on Marunji Road, Jambe.

These homes have carpet areas of approximately 297 to 302 sq ft and are priced between ₹11.55 lakh and ₹12.55 lakh.

The lottery also covers locations such as Manjari Khurd, Mhalunge, Bhugaon, Dhanori, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Baner, Lohegaon, Mundhwa, Undri, Kondhwa Khurd, Moshi, Wakad, Ravet, Punawale and Balewadi.

 

Who Can Apply

The Pune lottery includes homes under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) categories.

  • EWS: Annual family income up to ₹6 lakh
  • LIG: Annual family income up to ₹9 lakh

MHADA Lottery 2026 Important Dates

Online registration and applications started on August 24, 2026. The application deadline is September 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Applicants can make EMD payments through RTGS/NEFT until the concerned bank’s office hours on September 16.

The provisional list will be released on September 29, followed by the final list on October 8. The computerised lottery draw is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 11 AM.
