Residents of a Carnforth street have bagged a prize in the People’s Postcode Lottery.
Those with a lottery ticket and a LA5 9XT postcode were awarded a £1,000 win in today’s daily prize draw.
The postcode belongs to those who live on Browfoot Close.
Subscriptions to the postcode lottery supports a range of charities across the UK.
A minimum of 30 per cent of the ticket prices goes to charity.
The Postcode Lottery website states: “Not only do our players win cash prizes, but good causes also receive essential support.”
To date, they’ve raised more than £1.5billion in funding.
