According to Michigan Lottery Connect, one ticket matched the winning Lotto 47 numbers drawn Saturday – 04-16-28-30-36-37 – to win the game’s $6.79 million jackpot. The winning ticket was bought at Northland Food Center, located at 2377 East M 113 in Kingsley. Kingsley is about 15 miles southeast of Traverse City.
Saturday night’s big winner should contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to set up an appointment to claim their prize. Lotto 47 tickets are valid for one year from the date of the drawing.
Saturday’s jackpot win marked the fifth time the game’s jackpot has been won this year. The Lotto 47 jackpot was last won in April when a lucky player won a $1.67 million jackpot with a ticket purchased at New Boston Fuel Stop Inc, located at 37330 Huron River Road in New Boston. New Boston is about 30 miles southeast of Ann Arbor.
Lotto 47 drawings take place on Wednesday and Saturday at 7:29 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at a retailer or online at MichiganLottery.com until 7:08 p.m. on the day of the drawing.
