Winning Lotto numbers: Jackpot winner scoops £3.8m top prize in Saturday’s draw
One Lotto winner has scooped the £3.8m top prize as the winning numbers for Saturday’s National Lottery draw have been revealed.
One lucky winner scooped the Lotto jackpot of £3.8 million in Saturday night’s draw (May 2) – while five others also became millionaires. Those who missed out can now look forward to Wednesday’s Lotto jackpot draw – which will have a top prize of an estimated £2m.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said: “Tonight’s draw has created another new winner on the nation’s millionaire maker, Lotto, as one lucky ticket-holder has scooped an amazing £3.8m – making a total of 52 Lotto millionaires so far in 2026.
“Make sure to check your Lotto tickets and get in touch if you think you might be tonight’s lucky winner.
“Playing any National Lottery game is about so much more than the chance to celebrate a big win. Every week, players help raise around £33m for Good Cause projects that make a real difference to communities across the UK.”

On Saturday, the winner matched all six main numbers – 03, 04, 06, 12, 29, and 40 – to secure the £3,892,070 top prize. Meanwhile, five ticket-holders matched five numbers and the bonus ball to win £1m each. The Lotto bonus ball was 19.
Elsewhere, one player also matched all five numbers to win Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, claiming £350,000, while 17 people matched four numbers to win £13,000 each.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 08, 12, 24, 28, 35 and the Thunderball number was 12.
No players matched five numbers and the Thunderball to scoop the £500,000 top prize, but two people got five numbers to win £5,000 each.
