Two lucky Leeds streets become first city’s Postcode Lottery winners in June
They have scooped up to £1,000 per ticket
Two lucky streets in Leeds have been named the city’s first People’s Postcode Lottery winners in June.
Residents on Sandford Road, Kirkstall (LS5 3RR) and Hammerton Drive, Garforth (LS25 2BJ) have scooped up to £1,000 per ticket after they were named among the People’s Postcode Lottery’s daily prize winners in the past few days.

Eight streets in Leeds won as part of May’s draw, following a six week winless streak for the city.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which costs £12.25 per month to play. People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
At least 33 per cent of the ticket price goes to a worthy cause and players of the People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £1.2billion to date for charities and organisations.
