Lucky winners can scoop up to £1,000 per ticket
Three lucky streets in Leeds have won in this week’s People’s Postcode Lottery.
Fern Chase, Scarcroft (LS14 3JL), West Lea Close, Meanwood (LS17 5DB) and Harthill, Gildersome (LS27 7EJ) have scooped up to £1,000 per ticket after their postcodes were named among the daily prize winners this week.
April’s winless streak, brought to an end a lucky spell for Leeds after five streets were named among march’s winners, with four and eight named winners in January and February respectively.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which costs £12.25 per month to play. People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
At least 33 per cent of the ticket price goes to a worthy cause and players of the People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £1.2billion to date for charities and organisations.
