The winning numbers for today’s (August 4) draw are: 8, 30, 41, 48, 54 and the Powerball is 4.
So, if you bought a ticket and all the numbers match – including the Powerball – it’s time to take your ticket into an authorised retailer or contact the National Lottery as soon as possible.
And remember, winnings are paid out in 30 annual instalments – roughly equating to more than £13million a year.
A total of 64,103 UK players have already claimed their rewards, ranging anywhere from £8 to £23,940 for two lucky winners.
That’s because all players have a 1 in 14 chance of a guaranteed prize.
There’s also always a chance the jackpot will continue to roll over, which will be an estimated £411million by Thursday.
With the draw taking place every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 4am, the prize money will only continue to grow as the jackpot remains unclaimed.
In 2023, the Powerball reached a whopping $2.04billion in the US, which was won by Edwin Castro in the largest jackpot in history.
