People’s Postcode Lottery win for borough residents

Ticketholders living on Bury New Road had their postcode win after it was drawn alongside 19 other lucky areas, including one in nearby Oldham.

Everyone who has an eligible ticket will receive the daily prize.

The People’s Postcode Lottery manages lotteries for 20 charities, with each one having one draw a month.

The lottery supports “a wide range of charities and good causes across Britain and around the world”.

To date, it has provided more than £1.1 billion in funding, which is helping thousands of organisations and projects.
