NYC housing lottery with apartments under $800
EAST HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — An affordable housing lottery is now open in East Harlem, offering apartments with rent as low as $788.
The Las Raices apartments are spread across four locations: 303 East 102nd Street, 338 East 117th Street, 505 East 118th Street, and 101 East 122nd Street.
Amenities include a shared laundry room, high-end kitchen appliances, and air conditioning.

There are three studios available for $788 a month. A household of one to two people with an annual household income of $30,823 to $51,840 qualify.
Six studios for $1,031 a month are also available for a household of one to two people with an annual household income of $39,155 to $64,800.
There are also eight one-bedroom apartments available for $996 a month. A household of one to three people earning an annual household income of $38,469 and $58,320 qualifies.
Four two-bedroom apartments are available for a household of two to five people earning an annual household income of $46,115 to $70,000.
Rent includes heating and hot water. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
