National Lottery Lotto and Thunderball Results for June 6, 2026
The UK National Lottery draw landed the £12 million Lotto jackpot on Saturday, June 6, 2026, bringing hopes of another Lotto rollover to an end, and making the latest Lotto jackpot winner a multimillionaire.
The winning Lotto numbers were 8, 10, 26, 30, 35 and 42, with the bonus ball drawn as 50. One ticket won all six of the main numbers in the latest National Lottery draw for the jackpot.
The draw resulted in a total of over 1.7 million winning tickets, across all prize levels. Additionally, there was a sole winner for the Match 5 plus Bonus category worth £1 million, who was also a draw winner. Furthermore, 140 players were matched with five numbers in order to win £1,750 each, and thousands of other players picked up lower prizes.
The published breakdown of prizes saw 8,306 players matching four numbers and landing on a prize of £140 each. A further 176,678 players drew three numbers to win £30 and over 1.5 million players drew two numbers to win £2.
During the draw the same evening the winning numbers were 6, 11, 25, 29 and 37 and the Thunderball was also drawn as 6. The main prize for the game remained the same at £500,000. The weekly draw days for lottos are on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 59 and a bonus ball is drawn from the other numbers. Tickets are priced at £2 per play and available online and from official ticket vendors throughout the United Kingdom.
Thunderball is drawn four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The players select 5 main numbers from the numbers 1 to 39 and 1 Thunder Ball number from the numbers 1 to 14.
The game has a guaranteed top prize of £500,000 and the odds of winning the jackpot are far greater than the odds for winning the Lotto jackpot. The National Lottery came into existence in 1994 and is controlled by the Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom.
The lottery has been under the management of Allwyn Entertainment since Feb. 1, 2024, when it replaced Camelot Group. In addition to winnings, National Lottery wins fund projects in the UK. Proceeds benefit projects in the arts, sports, heritage/community development, and other sectors.
