MHADA lottery results 2026 today: When, where and how to check draw status – CNBC TV18
The lottery has attracted massive interest, with 97,613 applications received for the available homes. According to MHADA, 69,526 applicants also completed the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) process before the deadline, making them eligible for the draw.
Where will the results be announced?
According to MHADA, the lottery draw will be held at Rangsharda Auditorium in Bandra (West), Mumbai, and will be live-streamed on MHADA’s official YouTube.
Homes across Mumbai
This year’s lottery offers 2,640 apartments spread across several parts of Mumbai, including Vikhroli, Goregaon, Borivali, Gorai, Chembur, Bandra, Ghatkopar, Wadala, Powai, Dadar and Mankhurd.
Of the total homes on offer, 1,762 are under construction, accounting for nearly two-thirds of the inventory. These projects are mainly located in Vikhroli, Goregaon and Borivali.
The homes cater to different income groups, ranging from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) to the High Income Group (HIG). The cheapest home in this year’s lottery is an EWS flat in Mankhurd, priced at over ₹29 lakh, while the costliest apartment is an HIG flat in Tardeo, priced at ₹6.82 crore. Several apartments are also priced between ₹2 crore and ₹4 crore.
The 2026 MHADA lottery also includes 319 flats that remained unsold from earlier lotteries. In addition, MHADA had reduced the prices of 1,221 under-construction apartments in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli, by 7.5%, of which 610 flats were later reserved for applicants under the High Income Group (HIG) category.How to check your MHADA lottery result
Once the draw is completed, applicants can check their result online by following these steps:
- Visit the official MHADA website.
- Click on the ‘Lottery Results’ section on the homepage.
- Select the relevant regional board.
- Enter your application number.
- Click ‘Submit’ to view your lottery status.
Applicants selected in the draw will be able to proceed with the next stages of the allotment process as per MHADA’s schedule.
