Mega Millions results for 07/07/26: Jackpot worth $576 million

LANSING, MI — The Mega Millions jackpot continues to grow as there was no winner of the $576 million grand prize for the drawing held on Tuesday, July 7. That means the drawing on Friday, July 10 will be worth $604 million, with a cash option of $266.3 million.

The current jackpot is approaching the top 10 largest Mega Millions prizes of all time. The 10th-largest jackpot was $656 million, split by three players in 2012.

The winning numbers are: 2-31-35-36-63

Mega Millions winners for July 7:

  • While there was no grand prize winner, six tickets sold matched four white balls and the Mega Ball to win a $10,000 base prize that was then multiplied based on each player’s ticket.

  • One of those players had a 10x multiplier, which increased their prize to $100,000. That was the largest prize won in the drawing.

  • A total of 368,067 players won at least $10 in the drawing.

Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. Five balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 70; the gold Mega Ball is drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 24. The odds of winning the jackpot is 1 in 290 million.

Mega Millions is played in 45 states, plus the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. Tickets cost $5 each.

The last players from Michigan to win a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot is the Breakfast Club lottery club which claimed an $842 million jackpot in June 2024. The members plan to use the money to buy a home in Florida and travel.

And while they were lucky winners, it’s smart for players to check their tickets immediately as a Powerball winner worth $250,000 sold in Bloomfield Hills in 2024 went unclaimed. That money went to the state’s School Aid Fund.
