Mega Millions results for 03/17/26: $60 million jackpot won in Midwest state

LANSING, MI — A Mega Millions player in Ohio had some St. Paddy’s Day luck on their side as they were the lone winner of the $60 million jackpot for the drawing held on Tuesday, March 17.

The win marks the second time in a week that a player has won the Mega Millions jackpot. On March 10, a player in Illinois won a $533 million jackpot.

The winning numbers are: 4-11-18-38-50

Mega Ball: 24

While there was a jackpot winner, no players matched all five white balls to win at least $2 million.

In total, 179,540 players won at least $10 in the drawing. In Michigan, 6,269 players won at least $10. One player in Michigan won $2,000, which was the largest prize won in the state.

The last players from Michigan to win a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot is the Breakfast Club lottery club which claimed an $842 million jackpot in June 2024. The members plan to use the money to buy a home in Florida and travel.

And while they were lucky winners, it’s smart for players to check their tickets immediately as a Powerball winner worth $250,000 sold in Bloomfield Hills in 2024 went unclaimed. That money went to the state’s School Aid Fund.
