Hunt for unclaimed £112k EuroMillions ticket bought in Wales – AOL

The winning ticket was purchased in Powys for the draw on 12 December
A £112,091 prize won on a EuroMillions ticket bought in Powys remains unclaimed.
The ticket, bought for the draw on 12 December, matched the five winning numbers of 7, 25, 30, 37 and 41, as well as one of the Lucky Star numbers, which were 5 and 11.
The ticket-holder has until 10 June to claim the prize.
Andy Carter, senior winners advisor at The National Lottery operator Allwyn, said “the clock was ticking” for the Powys resident – or someone visiting the county who bought the ticket.
Carter added that it was “a rarity” for prizes this size to go unclaimed.
The National Lottery is urging players to double-check old tickets, particularly those bought during the run-up to Christmas
Carter said: “With time running out, we’re asking anyone who was in Powys in the days leading up to the 12 December draw to stop and think – did you buy a EuroMillions ticket?
“It’s a lot of money and we want to reunite the winner with their prize.”
Winners of prizes have 180 days to make a claim, with any unclaimed funds put towards National Lottery-funded projects.
