The affordable housing lottery has launched for 80 Ainslie Street, a seven-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Syndicate Architecture and developed by Parkview Management, the structure yields 16 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,509 to $238,160.
Residences feature contemporary finishes, spacious layouts, and in-unit washer and dryers. Amenities include pet-friendly policies, lobby, elevator, and rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity including heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,320 for incomes ranging from $85,509 to $198,510; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,795 for incomes ranging from $103,818 to $238,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 26, 2026.
