Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $109,955 to $189,540.

Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes hot water and heat, and gas for the stove.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,940 for incomes ranging from $109,955 to $189,540.
