Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by Shorewood Real Estate Group, the structure yields 164 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 50 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $91,475 to $227,500.

Amenities include a dog park, dog washing station, garage, bike storage lockers, gym, media room, coworking space, shared laundry room, storage, outdoor areas, recreation room, a rooftop terrace, and a sundeck with barbecue grills. Residences include air conditioning, hardwood floors, washers and dryers, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 18 studios with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $91,475 to $168,480; 23 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,823 for incomes ranging from $103,372 to $189,540; and nine two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,600 for incomes ranging from $132,275 to $227,500.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 16, 2026.
