Eldora Speedway Results: High Limit Racing Joker’s Jackpot – FloRacing

Eldora Speedway hosted one of Sprint Car racing’s richest events Thursday night as the Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing series contested the Joker’s Jackpot. For the second consecutive year, NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Larson emerged victorious, topping a loaded field to earn the $100,000 winner’s prize.
Larson started from the pole positions but lost the lead early in the race to Rico Abreu, who quickly jumped to the top spot from his third-place starting position. A three-car battle between Abreu, Larson and Corey Day came to an end when Day made hard contact with the turn four wall, ending his night.
From there, the battle was on between Abreu and Larson as the two traded sliders for the lead multiple times in the second half of the race before Larson ultimately took the lead for good on Lap 23 of the 35-lap main event.
Logan Schuchart completed the podium after driving from sixth to third, while Carson Macedo and Brent Marks completed the top five.
Sprint car racing continues at Eldora Speedway with two nights of racing for the World of Outlaws during Kings Royal weekend.
Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing is back in action next Tuesday, July 21 at Lernerville Speedway.
