BREAKING: Are these your numbers? Kilkenny player nets over €20,000 in EuroMillions draw!

An online player in Kilkenny is celebrating today after matching five numbers in last night’s EuroMillions draw, securing a prize of €20,534.

The winning ticket was purchased on Sunday, May 3. The numbers in Tuesday, May 5, EuroMillions draw were: 3, 4, 8, 20, 31 and the Lucky Stars were 6 and 8.

While there was no winner of the EuroMillions jackpot worth €49,453,599, over 38,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games.

Emma Monaghan, spokesperson for the National Lottery, said: “What fantastic news for one of our online EuroMillions players! Huge congratulations to our latest winner. We’re now encouraging all online players in Kilkenny to check their emails and accounts today – you could be in for a very nice surprise!”

The National Lottery has confirmed that a notification and an email have been sent to the online player. The winner is advised to make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800-666222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange the collection of your prize.

Meanwhile, tonight’s Lotto jackpot is a guaranteed €2 million. Players dreaming of winning big are reminded that tickets can be purchased nationwide in-store, through the National Lottery app or online at www.lottery.ie ahead of the 7.45pm cut-off time for sales this evening.

In total, more than €6.5 billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 39 years ago.
