Check Your Lottery Tickets: $50K Winning Ticket Sold In MA Will Soon Expire
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A winning Powerball ticket was sold at a convenience store in Central Massachusetts in November 2024, and the winner still has not claimed their prize.
The unclaimed ticket is worth $50,000, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission. It was sold at New Capital Farms Convenience Store, located at 554 Boston Post Rd. E in Marlborough.
The winning numbers were 16-30-60-62-64, with a Powerball of 25. The unclaimed ticket matched four out of five numbers plus the Powerball to win a $50,000 prize.
Powerball prize winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize; otherwise, that money will become a part of the net proceeds that the Lottery gives back to Massachusetts for distribution to cities and towns throughout the state.
