The affordable housing lottery has launched for 107 Mott Street, an eight-story residential building in Chinatown, Manhattan. Designed by Group Projects Architecture and developed by 107 Mott Street Realty LLC, the structure yields 11 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,040 to $189,540.
Amenities include split-unit heating and cooling, intercoms, smart control for heating and cooling, washers and dryers, dishwashers, and name-brand countertops and finishes, patios or balconies, hardwood floors, and virtual doorman. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 70 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,926 for incomes ranging from $71,040 to $102,060.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,674 for incomes ranging from $130,972 to $189,540.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 12, 2026.
