Lucky residents on two streets celebrate People’s Postcode Lottery win

Subscribers to the daily subscription draw who live on Rookery Rise or Greenfields in Wharton and have the postcode CW7 3HG woke up on Monday, April 20 with an extra £1,000.

Prizes are announced every day of the month, with £30,000 jackpots and £1,000 prizes for 20 different postcodes every day.

Players can sign up with their postcodes and pay £12 a month to be in with a chance to win when automatically entered into a draw.

A minimum of 33 per cent from each ticket goes to charity.

Players have raised more than £950 million for around 9,000 charities and good causes since 2005.
