Man Wins $1M Powerball Prize From Ticket Sold At Poughkeepsie Deli – AOL

A Dutchess County man is $1 million richer after hitting a major Powerball prize at a local deli. 

Stephen Masten of Poughkeepsie claimed a $1,000,000 second-tier prize after matching the first five numbers in the Powerball drawing held on March 16, the New York Lottery announced on Thursday, May 7. 

The winning numbers for that drawing were 7, 10, 20, 47, and 52, with a Powerball of 22. 

Masten opted to receive his winnings as a lump sum payment totaling $651,000 after required tax withholdings, lottery officials said. 

As for where he bought the winning ticket — it was purchased at South Gate Deli at 1 South Gate Dr. in Poughkeepsie.
