Surging LOTTO jackpot, big wins spark Arkansas lottery fever

Lottery fever is sweeping across Arkansas following a pair of major wins on Wednesday night and a surging LOTTO jackpot ahead of Saturday’s drawing.

The state’s exclusive LOTTO game has reached a staggering $1.737 million for Saturday night, marking its third-highest jackpot since launching in 2022. Tickets cost $2, with drawings held every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m.

The jackpot momentum follows two major mid-week wins for Arkansas players:

$220,000 Natural State Jackpot: A jackpot-winning ticket was purchased via the Jackpocket mobile app for Wednesday’s drawing. The winning numbers were 2, 19, 21, 36, and 38. The prize remains unclaimed, and the jackpot resets to $55,000 for the next drawing.

$50,000 Powerball Win: One of only two players nationwide to win $50,000 in Wednesday’s drawing bought their ticket at the Speedway Store at 2900 N. Washington Street in Forrest City. The winning numbers were 3, 26, 49, 53, 61, with a Powerball of 12. The Powerball jackpot now stands at $302 million for Saturday.

Both of Wednesday’s winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Tickets for all draw games can be purchased at licensed Arkansas Scholarship Lottery retailers or through approved mobile apps.
