Mega Millions results for 08/21/26: Jackpot jumps to $130 million

There was no winner of the $113 million Mega Millions jackpot for the drawing held on Friday, Aug. 21. That means the drawing on Tuesday, Aug. 25 will be worth $130 million, with a cash option of $55.5 million.

The winning numbers are: 1-25-34-48-57

Mega Millions winners for Aug. 21:

• One player matched four white ball and the Mega Ball to win a $10,000 base prize. With the automatic multiplier, the player ended up with a $30,000 win. That was the largest prize won in the drawing.

• A total of 220,794 tickets sold won at least $10 in the drawing.

Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET. Five balls are drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 70; the Mega Ball is drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 24. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 290 million.

Mega Millions is played in 45 states, plus the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. Tickets cost $5 each.
