Lotto Jackpot Winners Each Get 2.44 Billion Won, With 11 First-Prize Tickets

Dong-haeng Lottery announced on the 8th that the first-prize winning numbers for the 1,236th Lotto draw were 12, 18, 21, 29, 34, and 38. The bonus number for second prize was 10.

Eleven first-prize winners matched all six winning numbers, with each receiving 2,441,910,000 won. Of these, five used automatic selection, five used manual selection, and one used semi-automatic selection.

Among the first-prize retail outlets, the five automatic-selection stores were Jinseung Lottery Shop (Ulju-gun, Ulsan), Choice Lottery Store (Anseong, Gyeonggi), Haengun Jaba (Namyangju, Gyeonggi), Bokgwon.com (Yangyang-gun, Gangwon), and Hamdeok Daebak Lottery Store (Jeju City, Jeju). The five manual-selection stores were Kukmin Super (Dobong-gu, Seoul), Jeongwon Lottery Shop (Dobong-gu, Seoul), Bukmun Lottery Shop (Suwon, Gyeonggi), Jungang Lottery Shop (Jeonju, North Jeolla), and Hwanggeum Lottery Mart (Jeonju, North Jeolla). The one semi-automatic-selection store was confirmed as Daeil Super (Seo-gu, Daejeon).

Second prize, for matching five winning numbers plus the bonus number, went to 84 winners who will each receive 53.29 million won, while third prize, for matching five winning numbers, went to 3,371 winners who will each receive 1.32 million won. Fourth prize, for matching four winning numbers, went to 161,927 winners with a fixed prize of 50,000 won, and fifth prize, for matching three numbers, went to 2,624,850 winners with a fixed prize of 5,000 won.

First-, second-, and third-prize winnings can be collected at the NH NongHyup Bank head office and its branches nationwide, respectively, while fourth- and fifth-prize winnings can be collected at Lotto retail stores nationwide. The claim period is one year from the start of payment, and prizes not claimed within this period revert to the lottery fund and cannot be collected.
