Fourteen players in New Jersey scored $10,000 or more last week. They played Powerball and state games. The biggest was a $2.3 million Jersey Cash 5 jackpot. Officials announced winners on Monday, July 6.
According to North Jersey.com, a Pick-6 ticket bought through Jackpocket.com brought someone $250,000. That same app delivered another winner on July 4 — this one pocketed $15,338 in the same game.
The top prize went to a Jersey Cash 5 player who claimed $2,327,955 on June 29. Kings Food Market on Morris Turnpike in Short Hills sold that ticket.
Two Powerball players each grabbed $50,000. Fanwood Liquors on South Avenue in Fanwood sold one on July 1, while Boss Bagel Mart on Mullica Hill Road in Glassboro sold the other on July 4.
Scratch-off games produced eight winners. One player hit $50,000 with a Jackpot Millions ticket from Blimpie on E. State Street in Trenton on July 1.
