Cash 5 jackpot-winning tickets sold in Delaware County
Three winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets from the Monday, June 29 drawing will split a jackpot prize of $2 million and one dollar, the lottery said Tuesday.
The winning tickets were sold in Bucks and Delaware counties, the lottery said, with Exxon, 6898 Marshall Road, Upper Darby Township, selling two of the three.
Each jackpot-winning ticket matched all five balls drawn, 4-5-6-29-31, to win individual prizes of $666,667, less applicable withholding, the lottery said.
It wasn’t exactly specified that the Upper Darby tickets were separate individuals, and the lottery might not know as of yet.
The other ticket was sold by First Stop Tobacco Shop, 204 East Bridge St., Morrisville. The retailers will each earn a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets, the lottery said.
The lottery fine print:
Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. A main Cash 5 game prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date. Any prizes won on any Quick Cash game must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. More than 36,900 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets also won prizes in the drawing. Players should check every ticket, every time, and claim lower-tier prizes at a Lottery retailer.
For Cash 5 with Quick Cash, players select five numbers from 1 to 43. Players may select their own numbers using a Cash 5 with Quick Cash playslip or opt for computer-selected quick picks. Players must match all five numbers drawn to win the Cash 5 jackpot.
