Mhada Lottery for 5,285 homes in Navi Mumbai & Thane

Navi Mumbai: Good news for budget home buyers in Thane, Mira Bhayandar, and Navi Mumbai— Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority’s (MHADA) Konkan Board has announced an online lottery for 5,285 affordable housing units, offering a major opportunity for those seeking homes in these areas. The MHADA online lottery announced on July 14 offers a total of 5362 housing units and plots. While the housing units are located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the plots are available in the Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region.

In a major relief for the budget home buyers in Navi Mumbai, the Konkan Board has offered housing units in premium locations like Sanpada and Nerul under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG), respectively. Similarly, the majority of units offered under the LIG section are across Thane, Kalyan, Palghar, Mira Road, and Vasai areas.  

In Navi Mumbai, 9 units at Pyramid Developers, Nerul are priced between ₹24–31 lakhs. DPVG Ventures LLP offers 11 EWS/LIG units priced at ₹14–25 lakhs. Neelkanth Infotech, Ghansoli has 11 units priced at ₹16–25 lakhs. Kamdhenu Grandeur, a premium project in Sanpada, offers 9 EWS units priced between ₹24–29 lakhs.

Other premium projects offering housing units include Abhidarshan Corporation LLP (Titwala), Metro Dream Homes (Daighar, Thane), Sadguru Developers (Titwala), and Glory Township (Thane), along with several other reputed projects across the Thane district.
