It’s been just over a week since someone won the $29.25 million Florida Lotto jackpot.
As of June 8, nobody has come forward to claim the prize.
That wasn’t the case with the only other Lotto winner this year, who matched all six numbers in February to win a $21.5 million jackpot.
That winner claimed his prize five days after the Feb. 4 drawing.

Primitivo Batista, 61, of Clermont, claimed the $21.5 million Florida Lotto jackpot from the Feb. 4 drawing at the lottery’s Orlando office on Feb. 9, five days after the drawing.
Batista chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11,750,158, according to the Florida Lottery.
May Florida Lotto winner has until Thanksgiving to claim $29 million jackpot
The winner of the May 30 Florida Lotto jackpot hasn’t yet come forward to claim the prize, according to the Florida Lottery.
The ticket holder has 180 days from the date of the drawing to come forward.

The winning ticket was sold at a Sunoco Express in Kissimmee and has expired. Winners have 180 days to claim their prize.

How long do you have to cash in Florida Lottery ticket?
Prizes for Florida Lottery must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing.
To claim a single-payment cash option, a winner has within the first 60 days after the applicable draw date to claim it.

- Prizes of $599 or less: Claim at any authorized Florida Lottery retailer or Florida Lottery district office.
- Prizes for $600 to $1 million: Must be claimed in person at any Florida Lottery district office for games that do not offer an annual payment option.
